You retain full ownership of all trade data, notes, and content you enter into Stingray Nation. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal trading data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the account settings within the app. Upon deletion, your trading journal entries, notes, accounts, watchlists, and chat history will be permanently removed.

We strive to keep Stingray Nation available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stingray Nation and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information it contains.
